Venetian/Palazzo mailing offer's - Anyone get any yet??

My wife just got the same offer. We're using it 10/24-10/25.
They must be desperate, we're low rollers.

Question for anyone that can log into there account online. Once you click on your free rooms for December. Would any of you kindly send me the link for that promo. For the love of god i can not log into my account. I have called the venetian and they even can't figure out why
iI can not log in. The link would look similiar to this and you can put X's where your account number shows up. I can import my number into my wife's link and get rooms for myself since we both get similar offers.

But the prob I've discovered is most of my "Book It" offers, no longer have the Book it there anymore.

I called and was told they no longer had that Comp offer available.

So, V/P basically pulled all the comps.........or Alot of 'em.

I only have 1 or 2 offers left, that still say Book It. But when researching dates? Most say, Unavailable.

They can Kiss my grits...........better improve next year, or adios.

My experience recently has been the same as Calif. Loves Vegas.
After a good run of offers, I was told in October that there were no comps available to me in Nov. or Dec. I still get offers in the mail. 2-4 nights plus chips etc. When I called, they were already taken.

You just can't get too invested with any of these places.

Hmm, we were talking about our lack of V/P offers tonight. I haven't gotten anything from them since Spring. Until then I was getting a tournament offer a week plus monthly room offers. My wife said she's gotten a few mails recently but they were all "you pay" offers. We're going to TI next week and thought we'd go to Venetian to grease the machinery but we might be better off going to M instead.

Is anyone getting any offers right now? I haven't heard anything from them for several weeks.

From what I heard (and posted earlier) they won't be doing much til after first of the year.

I think Owner, really put the squeeze on Marketing/Promotions, til the new year.

I used to get something from them almost every week to some goofy slot or VP tourney, with free rooms. And always an over-arching 4-night room deal in the background. Then -- Poof, no more postcards but an e-mail from my new "host."

He said they had a lot of convention business and weren't holding any "events" any longer. I could come for my nights on the casino rate, which ranged from $209 to $129 for the three weekend nights in January and then see how things shook out. Based on my summer play, I might get a night or two; based on last winter, he'd comp the whole thing. (I go to Vegas twice a year and tend to hang out more in summer and gamble more in winter.)

He seemed uninterested in my VP play, which I always thought was decent, but liked my BJ play at $300/hand. Four hours a day, and it would be no problem-o.

How I ever got credited, even with my smooth Comp City moves, for $300 a hand, I have no idea. But I'm going, and I'll play four hours a day at whatever I play, which I would say is probably about $75 a hand, and we'll see what shakes out.

I wouldn't do it deadeye. Sounds like a Win for them, Not for you.
Bogus Non-exsistent offers right now.

They either need to cough up offers like Other hotels..........or we'll stay away.
Maybe they'll come crawling back when Sheldon realizes it was a bad move.

I could be taking one for the team. Will report back in Feb. after I get home.

But, CLV, you do have a point. The upside is all on their side. OTOH, if they screw me over, at least I will have solid evidence and can move on to another place. As stated elsewhere, I fear my Strip days are numbered.
