What is a "service ambassador" at Ballys?

Will be at Ballys Mon through Thurs morning. Today received e-mail from Chioke Richardson, (I may have misspelled the first name), my service ambassador asking time of arrival, what type of room, "so it will be ready when I arrive."

What else should I ask my service ambassador to have ready upon my arrival. Limo is out, we're dtiving from Los Angeles area.

How about you see if he couldn't finagle you a comped meal at their fantastic steakhouse? To really get a shot at getting a "Yes' from this Ambassador, tell him you're looking for a food comp, no alcohol.

My impression of Serv. amb. was just a reservationist confirming your arrival & IF you
requested a certain type of room......but didn't seem like I got anything more than
what I might get at checkin.

Got nothing more than a confirmation of the room I booked. When I returned the call, it was almost like why are you calling attitude.
