Where did I read about a $100 food comp when you reach Diamond?

Did I read somewhere here (or on another board), that when you reach Diamond this year, you get a $100 dinner? Can someone please point me to that thread, or explain it to me?

How do you get the $100 dinner deal?

Or did this have to do with the credit card, and not about reaching Diamond?

Ask at Total Rewards. If you qualify, they'll give you a voucher for $100 dining credit good at any Caesars owned restaurant good through March 31, 2014. It needs to be used in full.

I first thought these were being given when one reaches diamond this year or making diamond for 2014. At my local Harrahs, I received one based on my 2012 tier score and was able to use it at the local Range on Mother's Day.

Never heard of it.

I was told about it at the TR desk at Harrahs' when we went to pick up our Diamond tix last month. They gave me a card with an explanation about it but I lost track of it during the course of the evening. I wish I had hung on to it so I could provide more info but the info that MissL provided is correct. It seems like the list included all of the restaurants at all the props. and I am planning to use it at Voodoo Steak next month.

Lisa, I was offered the $100 dining offer for making Diamond last month when I was at Harrah's TR desk. I am Diamond from 2012, but haven't quite made it for this year. It was presented to me like I could have the $100 now, which would be like you were given. will we then be able to get another in 2014 for making diamond this year?

I emailed CET corporate and was told no, once I make Diamond this year I'll be eligible for the $100 dining offer. Making Diamond in 2012 didn't count for this $100 dining offer. I'm confused.
I'll be in Tahoe/Reno on the 17th and will see what TR staff say up there.

Hmm, now I am confused too as I have not made Diamond for this year either - hope they were not just confused when they offered the the cert. I did not take then, it thinking I could get it when I needed it but makes me wish I already had it in hand.

The $100 diamond dinner is for when you reach diamond this year. If you were diamond last year and have not re qualified you don't get it.

I made Diamond again back in April while at Caesars in Vegas. Haven't received the offer. Do you have to ask for it at any Total Rewards desk or will they send you the offer? I never heard of this offer.

This is how I first understood the promotion.

However, my local Harrahs, not Vegas, offered it to people like myself who are diamond this year. I received and redeemed the coupon and I have not made diamond for 2014.

Raisin, the certificate was good from the issue date through March 31, 2014. I believe it's one per person per year. However, I have no idea what they will or won't offer in April 2014.

I'm guessing the local properties have some leeway in what they can offer guests as part of the diamond renewal package. My local Harrahs has some type of dinner and other goodies for renewing diamond.
