Where did I read about a $100 food comp when you reach Diamond?

I made Diamond again back in April while at Caesars in Vegas. Haven't received the offer. Do you have to ask for it at any Total Rewards desk or will they send you the offer? I never heard of this offer.

Same here, in mid May. Have heard nada.

I heard about it from my mom who had heard from friends. I had to ask at Total Rewards.
It's not exactly a secret. It's on the total rewards web site under benefits. You do have to ASK to get the coupon. You won't get anything in the mail. MissL7777 sounds like you scored getting one from last year!

Kiwiboy is right. Here is is from the web site:

"ASPIRATION Level 1: 15,000 Tier Credits
Unlock a $100 Celebration Dinner to treat yourself and anyone else you want to invite for any occasion you choose. Also, gain access to a VIP Services team and VIP Hotline to handle all of your upcoming reservations and provide world-class service to you when visiting any of our casino resorts."

Also, if I may comment about the abovementioned "VIP Special Services team:"

We received the e-mails and the phone calls offering this VIP service. So one day, we contacted the VIP agent with a special request. She said she would look into it, and keep us posted.

We heard nothing back for ONE FULL WEEK later. While the long-awaited answer to our request was a positive one, we had long since assumed otherwise, and booked another hotel, and made other plans. Obviously our "VIP Agent" did not have the authority to handle the request herself, and had to get approval. Understandable, maybe, but a FULL WEEK just to get approval? No, thank you.

I will take them up on the $100 dinner though. Thanks for all the replies.

I don't now nor did I last year, have 15,000 tier credits so I am going to continue to be sad that I did not take the certificate when offered. I guess we will see next month if the confusion has been cleared up and if we still qualify.
About the VIP services team - we got a call before our March trip and I requested a suite because it was an anniversary trip. When we arrived at Paris, we were already assigned to a Giverney Suite. We did not get the call before our April stay and our experience was much different when going for the upgrade - I am prob better off never having a suite because then I always want one!!
My husband & I have both achieved diamond level this year. I spoke to our host in Cleveland & the only thing you can use the $100 for is the buffet. I told him we will be going to Vegas in July and would like to use it there. He said that we could. I will look into it when we get there. Hope to use it for Harrah's new steakhouse.
The certificate is good at any Caesar's owned restaurant and needs to be used in full.
I knew nothing about the $100 until my recent birthday trip and went to Total rewards at Caesars where I was staying to get my birthday free play and reward credits. The nice lady told me about it and printed out the coupon. I ended up taking 3 friends to the Paris buffet.
jcreek had you already made the required 15,000 tier credits this year for Diamond or had you made Diamond last year and have yet to make it this year. (that's my situation)

I too was offered this in LV a few weeks ago, but haven't made the 15,000 tier points this year. I am Diamond from last year, but getting closer this year.
Raisin, if you made diamond last year but haven't used the offer, it's good until 3/31/2014. I made diamond late last year and received a mailing earlier this year that mentioned the offer. Never saw a coupon and spaced it. Last month we were at Harvey's in Tahoe. I went to the TR desk to get another card and the nice lady informed me that I had not used my offer! I was there on another offer that also had a $100 food credit so she told me to use that first and she printed out a receipt for the celebration offer which is good until 2014. It looks like a grocery store receipt so be careful with it! We have not used it yet but plan to go back soon.

I found the staff at Tahoe to be extremely helpful. Another thing to watch out for: My offer also included $150 in free play which was an actual coupon to insert in the machine. She told me that if I put it in the machine I have to play the whole amount on that machine. She advised me take it to the cashier and have it broken down into smaller denominations which I did. Had no idea they would do that so it was good advice.
