Which mid-strip CET property for value

I will be taking a trip to Vegas in Mid-February to celebrate with my Sister for her remission from cancer. She wants to stay mid-strip and I am thinking one of the CET properties would be the best value. Which would you recommend, Paris, Bally's, Flamingo, or Harrah's. We can't afford Caeser's but I want something comfortable, clean, and with reasonable amenities. Suggestions?
Paris is the nicest of the 4 you mentioned.

After that, I'd go with Bally's.
I agree. Paris is the nicest, but usually the most expenive.

Bally's would be my second choice.

Harrah's may have construcyion noise.

Flamingo always has that "tropical" smell.

Ballys best value and connected to Paris, Planet Hollywood is also great with a mall to boot!

I agree with teach. Paris is more expensive, but nicer. Ballys does have nice big rooms though.
