which restaurant?

My hubby and I are going to Vegas for birthday and 20th anniversary celebration. We have almost $200 in reward credits and want to use them for a terrific anniversary dinner. Does anyone have a recommendation for a wonderful restaurant within the Total Rewards places??
Everyone says Giada at The Cromwell, or the Eiffel Tower restaurant.
You might get a nice view table.

You might have to add a bit of your own coin to either, depending on what you order and if you have cocktails. But you wouldn't be leaving any of those TR credits on the table.
Giada's has smaller portions and featurs a lot of lemon,
We have dined many ties at BLT Steak and have never been disappointed. The complimentary gruyere popovers are delicious and the steaks were tender and perfectly cooked to order. The spinach salad is tasty and large enough to share.

Have you considered going to the Sterling Brunch if you will be there on a Sunday? It's a wonderful splurge--lobster, prime rib, chlled shrimp, king crab legs, caviar, kitchen-made Benedicts, and Perrier Joiet champagne. The price is $95 per person, so you would have just enough!

I celebrated a b'day at Eiffle Tower and used points. Loved it! Parties of 2 are given window tables, but the tables are arranged so everyone has a view. I was given a fabulous chocolate dessert. You can keep down the cost of your meal by limiting alcoholic drinks. It really is a special experience.

I agree with Sterling Brunch. Make your reservations as far in advance as possible. You might also want to consider the Voodoo at the Rio. Very nice view if you go outside on the deck before or after your dinner.
I think all of the previous recommendations are excellent. We have eaten at all of them, except Voodoo at the Rio, and were not disappointed.
Nobu had a tasting menu for $125 each ($100 if you are a Veg!!)
I'd kick in a little more than the ~$200 planned and have a truly remarkable meal.
To maximize your use of points, charge the meal to your room and then pay your room bill with your points. To do this you will need to pick up the phone and call down to the front desk, or you can stand in line at the check-out counter.
Ah Orchid....what a great idea!!!!! You mean call down or wait to pay with points? On checkout?

This will not maximize your use of points and will actually WASTE points. When you use the points at the restaurant the TAX is removed from the bill. If you charge it to the room the FULL amount including tax gets charged to the room and does NOT come off when you use points to pay the bill at the front desk.

For example, if your food is $100 the bill will total $108 with tax but your points will only be charged $100. If you charge that to the room the $108 gets put on your folio. Then when pay with points it will cost you $108 worth of points.
