Who do I complain to about a host?

I have a VERY legitimate complaint about my casino host. I'm not a whiner, nor do I ask for the sky. How do I get a different host and who do I contact about a host's behavior? Thanks for sharing your knowledge.

Did they send you one of those surveys after your visit? there is a lot of space there to comment on your interaction with your host.

Also you can go through the website where you ask customer service a question. I have gotten pretty good responses from them in the past.


Then there is also an email to the GM of whichever property he host is at. The email address is usually not hard to get. Call the property directly if you have to

As for using a differenet Host? I find it easiest to just ask for the Host on Duty, IF I need one.
And IF you want a different one. No reason to stay with one for loyalty. Rarely lasts.

Yeah, I have to say I'm pretty darned excited to hear what's going on! Can't wait it hear! Hosts are pretty worthless in their organization (I regret to say), but if you have a Host, you already know the system well. I can't wait to find out what s/he could have done that could exceed the disappointment that is otherwise associated with their position.

Up to now, this host has been FANTASTIC. In fact, I stopped posting all the things being done for me , because several people basically called me a liar and said No host would do the things I've had done. But it was all true and happening.

I want to see how things play out in Vegas. I know hosts monitor these boards VERY closely. I promose to give full details after I return. Just don't want to tip my hand before the trip.

Not staying with Harrahs my entire trip.

Thinking very seriously about going with Wynn or had thought about Bellagio, but don't like the way they make you "work off" the "comped" rooms.

Can't stand the smells in Ven. and Plaz. M has some appeal.

Just hope everything works out at Harrah's. I'm not a combative or confrontational peson, and this problem is really bothering me. CAN'T FIGURE IT OUT. Just have to see the host face-to-face to get answers.

If its a Harr. Host? Even more reason to work with Host on duty.

I thought I finally had a great host there..........but now he's MIA. Some sort of healthy prob?
Nobody is saying.........but all the TLC came to an abrupt halt.

Host on duty did fine otherwise. The main thing is, they LOOK at your play.
See IF you're Worthy?? If deemed worthy..........the nice rooms, etc., appear.

If it's a matter of you suddenly not getting some extra that you are used to getting, it may be totally out of your hosts hands. Caesars Entertainment hosts don't have a lot of leeway in what they can give you. If you were getting a lot more than your play warranted, someone higher up may have told your host to stop it.
