Without knowing the story, since your host has been good to you in the past, the fair thing is to talk with him/her about the concern before reporting it upward.
If you do report the host, management will simply refer it back to the host to address with you. Be prepared for your relationship to be strained forever after.

I sort of wonder if the post about how videos at one time received an embarrasment of riches from their host is a clue. Knowing that a Caesars Entertainment host can not really do a lot for you unless you are a huge player, I wonder if this is the hosts fault at all. Maybe this host was told to stop giving videos so much if videos play did not justify that level of comps and goodies.
This is not a comment on videos play. I have no idea whether he or she is a 7* who brings $20,000 per trip or gold who brings $500 per trip or somewhere in between
per their countdown, they just went a few days ago. maybe there will be a follow up post on their return
