Does this person live near a CET property? If so, I'd suggest he go in person and ask at Total Rewards. In another thread, someone mentioned the total rewards supervisor was able to help their family member and get the race for reward credits posted to their account. If this person doesn't live near or does not plan to be at a property in the near future, I would email through the website. In the email, list the properties visited and the number of points earned at each property.
