Wynn, 5 days in August. Observations.

Spent 4 nights and 5 days at Wynn. First time staying there. A few comments:

-Very professional staff

-Terrible cell signal in almost all areas of the Hotel. Very strange and irritating (haven't we become spoiled w/cell phones, well at least I have).

-Extremely slow cab lines. It appears the route drivers must take to pick-up passengers at Wynn is long and bothersome, thus making for fewer cabs.

-Extemely nice shops inside the complex. Go look at the $8,000 Hermes shoulder bags. Nice for looking but $$$$ for buying.

-Nice rooms (room 4441) but not crazy nice.

-Hotel could have been cleaner, considering it is Steve Wynn's flagship property. Lots of little debris and rubbish on the floor in many areas.

-Tight casino with dreadful VP. Didn't see many, if any, "yelling, screaming" winners.

-Small pools for size of hotel and much of some pools were in total shade by 3 pm. Fast and friendly pool servers.

-Now takes 150 points to get (2) free buffets.

-S & W Steakhouse is excellent. Expensive but not crazy insane expensive. Party of 14, bill was $2,850 PLUS an automatic 18% tip ($513) for a total of $3,363.00.

Would we return? Sure, I suppose.
Twilight zone room? Wynn has no 40-49 floors. You were on the non existent 44th? Please explain
I hope you weren't buying dinner?
14 people all buying dinner at $240 per person. God bless you...can I be your friend??
Stu

Company arm I assume
thanks for checking in TWB

Good catch MG; 3441 was the room.

Negative CLV, the company grabbed that check. I grabbed it to look at it, but I quickly put it down.

S; the more the merrier!

NC; glad to report.
