Transportation - Airport Hertz Rental Car

I never usually get a rental...any tips on in and out at Airport...I have Hertz?

It is very easy and if you are a member you can just go straight to your car and drive off. Shuttle service is fast and returning is smooth.

I am Hertz Gold Plus...should we get our bags first?

I wanted to swing by Planet Hollywood to pick up some tickets on the way to LVH.....is there and easy way to stay on the back side of the Strip by Paradise if I am running in and out of PH?

Pick up your bags and follow the signs to the shuttle bus. The ride is about 10 minutes and drops you off in the terminal. Don't go to the Hertz desk; go right to the lot and since you are gold your car should be there ready to go.

Make a right out of the lot, right at the next light (100 yards); go about 1/2 mile and make another right which is the strip. It is about 5 miles to planet Hollywood.

On your return there are plenty of stations near the car rental depot to fill up

Can't tell you anything about parking access from there to PH because I would never have a reason to use it.

As you gathered, all the rentals are at the off site facility, which is very well run. Thanks
again for the coupons you left for me at Gold Coast a while back. Wish they were still available as in the good old days.

That is the way to go (I couldn't remember the street names) - miss all the strip traffic

Thaks gang! I miss those coast coupons! I will try and cut around to Koval! I am staying at the LVH so staying off the strip back by Koval and then over to Paradise would be best. I am hoping with my wife in the car I can park by registration and run in and back out.

If you are staying at LVH, driving the backway, just got easier.

If you get lost? The monorail tracks are Overhead, back there. Just follow 'em.
