You would be smart to buy a "smart phone". I have heard that you can request a ride using a land line.
I have had some 'dead spots' at Mc Carran B-4-no cell signal.
The Mc Carran pick up area is on the second floor of the parking garage. Correct?
You may be dropped off at your airline's area,however.
