The last time I flew into vegas we took a shuttle to our hotel. There were shuttles that went to several various hotels and the cost around $20.00 do they still exist. Would be arriving after 11:00 PM.

There are (or were) several, Bell Trans being one name I can recall. Used to charge $7.50 per passenger one way to a Strip hotel, or you could sign up for round trip. I think Downtown or other hotel fares may have been different but not so much. They had several kiosks outside where you bought your ticket. All the same price, etc.
Downside was sometimes a 10-15 minute (occasionally more) wait for the shuttle and then wait for it to fill up at least half capacity before it took off. Then you got a tour of the hotels depending on the shuttle's schedule of stops. Lucky if your stop was earlier than later. And drivers were required to pull up at specific spaces at the hotel, not necessarily your favorite entrance, which can result in having to schlep your bags a few yards further.
But overall it was reasonably pleasant and the price was right, no sweating any cab driver shenanigans etc.
We declined round trip method after first try at that. Not dependable as to the time it would arrive at your hotel to pick you up, had us sweating the time and finally hailing a cab, leaving that $7.50 on the table, so to speak. And others said they had similar experience. I'm sure it is tougher for those pick-ups, passengers not ready at designated pick up time or other dilly dallying. YMMV.
Still, a reasonable thing to try at least once if they are still running and you aren't in a hurry to get to your hotel
Oops...just saw your arrival time, 11:00 PM. Call and check about that. Back in the day it would be no problem, but not sure how late they run these days, if at all.
Candy
I second Candy's remarks. Gray Line and Bell Trans were two of my favorite options, but what eventually talked me out of using them was yeah, they would get you to your hotel readily enough, but getting back to the airport was another matter--the delay in picking you up, plus sweating it as the limo stopped at, seemingly, every single casino on the way to the airport, made it No Fun. So maybe taking them one way from the airport (because time isn't that big of a factor then) but a cab back (because time IS a factor then) is the way to go.
Thanks to both of you. I remember both those companies now and I think I usually just did the one way because of what you said. I will call both to check if they are still working late arrival times.
When I was last there there was significant wait for pickup at airport then you had more delay stippling at all the strip casinos. I decided to just cab it both ways
Just got back Monday and I took Lyft on the way and Uber on the way back and I paid about 23 dollars each way. Stayed at the 4 Queens.

Good to know. How much of a wait was there between when you apped them and when they showed up? Also...what time of day was it, in each direction? I understand that prices can more than triple during busy times.
Do NOT assume what someone else paid will equal your cost.
Do NOT assume that time of day for someone else will equal your experience.
Stuff moves around all the time.
Meanwhile, with ride sharing, it is beyond me why anyone would take one of those shuttles.
Several years ago on a solo trip I took one of those shuttles to the hotel from the airport. Didn't like stopping at 4-5 hotels before mine, but you get what you pay for. But what frosted me was that there was a timeshare shill posted at the front of the bus giving his pitch and trying to engage the riders. I don't know if this still happens (or was maybe just the driver picking up a few bucks on his own), but I haven't taken one since.

My experience has been your wait can be 35 minutes plus and the rates can be upwards of $40 from LAS to downtown.
