Alamo rent a car

Hello,

I had rented a car from the Alamo website during the month of June 2014 for my upcoming trip during Labor Day. I went to the Alamo website and tried to put in my confirmation number and it doesn't seem to let me view my reservation.
I also tried to CHECKIN ONLINE and it gives me the same remark, "We're sorry for the inconvenience, but we are experiencing technical issues with this reservation attempt. Please call 1 (877) 222-9075".
Has anyone had this problem recently? I tried this last night and again today and same thing.

I'm having the same issue trying to cancel one after I rebooked it. I thought maybe it had something to do with the coupon code I have in. I still need to call and cancel since it won't let me do it online.

I called Alamo yesterday and the representative told me that they are having technical problems since about 3 days ago. You should give them a call to cancel your reservation since they don't know when the problem will be resolved. Hopefully soon

Update.
I tried going into the Alamo website about 2 hrs ago. The online checkin was working now.

I had 3 reservations I needed to cancel - I called the number provided and it was all automated and basically just saying the reservation number, the last name and the word "Cancel". I cancelled them all within about 2 minutes. Very easy, but I hope it's fixed soon.
