Alamo sends out Birthday Gifts

Alamo sent me out a Birthday Gift and saying how special it is. The free day was the gift.
Clicked on link and started reservation for one week in September. It stated two day minimum. So I put in dates and all the other information and it comes up and say COUPON CANNOT BE APPLIED TO THIS RESERVATION.

When I read this...I remembered posting on this website before regarding that rebate of $10.00 or $20.00 regarding some litigation suit if you had rented from Alamo during a certain time period. Haven't received anything yet after I submitted the request on-line to apply.....ummmm
Did anyone receive their's????????

I just received something that said the court denied final approval and there will be no settlement benefits provided. You can go to www.NevadaCarRentalSettlement.com and click on the link entitled "Order Denying Final Approval of Class Action Settlement."

Received a post card today stating suit is a no go---not a big deal-----in the long run those effected would have gotten a coupon of maybe $10 off a rental and the price would have increased $15 so it would have ended up costing $5 more in the end---no big deal.
