Today my girl informed me that the tickets that we bought for our August 18th return flight back to buffalo (from Vegas of course) were @ $199 ( we paid $275 in May). I called the SWAIR person and she walked me thru the simple change process.. Did I say S I M P L E ???
Just went to the "quick air links " section and clicked on "Change flight"... typed in my Conf # picked the same flight and .....a $76.00 credit is now in my bank for either my October flight to Vegas or next March flight to Vegas or maybe a quick jaunt to new Orleans or.... You get the point.
NO FEE for changing and I saved $76.00. Not to mention the SWAIR phone person walked me thru the whole process!!
