Anyone else get a notice of the Vegas rental class action lawsuit ?

I got one each for Hertz and Alamo.

I hate me some class action lawsuits...

I got three notices in the mail all on the same day. At least when they sued Stations for the undisclosed resort fees the lawyers were fighting a just cause!! Sadly resort fees have just gotten worse!!

I say give the attorneys $1.4 million in non transferrable couopns expiring in one year.

We got one yesterday.

So you were okay renting from Hertz even though they cost twice as much, but now you turn down a $10 off coupon for your next rental.

I myself am getting $80 worth of coupons. I'm not sure I'll use them all, but as they can be used in conjunction with any other coupon or code, it's extra money in my pocket.

Its not a windfall. Its a rebate for the illegal fees I paid on the dozen or so car rentals I had during the period in question.

Mine was Alamo. At least I can use that coupon.

I got them for both Alamo and Hertz, even tho I have never rented from Hertz in LV.

Hertz owns a couple of other companies. They recently purchased Dollar-Thrifty so you may have rented from them.
