anyone use ez rent a car in vegas

they are located at airport and have lower rates than anyone. has anyone ever rented from them?

My experience was fine. Usually shorter line at checkin than most.........like Payless next door.
Talk about slowwwwwwwwww.

I prefer the rental car co's that have express, and I can go directly to the car.

But, EZ is fine in a pinch. They will TRY to have you get Ins., yada, at the counter. Just keep saying No.

Other than that........car was fine. No prob. really.

I'm using them again soon. Yes, sometimes they have the best price.
(well, except for Fox, but I refuse to take another shuttle.)

Had a problem with them last year. Our flight was delayed over an hour and when we went to pick up the car found that our resv. had been cancelled by them because we were there over an hour past the pick up time. They would rent us a car but at a much higher rate. We declined and I used my smartphone to locate a better rate with carrentals.com. Won't use them again as flying from Chicago we often encounter some type of problem. If you use them, I suggest you book your pick up for later than you need.
