Thought I read a thread that the Deuce daily rates are going up to $10 per day vs $7 now - Any truth to this rumor?

No truth. RTC's fares did increase a couple weeks ago to $6 for a 2 hour pass and $8 for a 24 hour pass. But no truth to the rumor you describe.
