Average cab fare to South Point from strip

Can anybody tell me the average cab fare to the South Point from either Ellis Island or Bill's? I know there's a shuttle, but since we'll have 3-4 people in the cab I'm thinking that might be cheaper. Thanks!

I think my friend paid $30-$35 from the Mirage to SP so it should be close to that.

I can't off the top of my head.

But you can easily figure it out by checking this official site for Vegas' current taxi rates, then using Google Maps to figure out how far your trip will be from your chosen departure.

It was about $30, I think with tip from Southpoint to the Trop.

Thanks everybody. I guess even with 3-4 in the cab that'd be twice as much as the shuttle. Gonna have to face the ol' time vs. frugality conundrum.

Took their shuttle last year from City Center..... felt like it took 4 hours to get there. They waited about 10 minutes at every stop. Might make sense to take deuce to the south transfer station and cab it from there.
