There are a few shuttles just outside the baggage claim doors.
Several people already mentioned about DON'T buy the Roundtrip ticket.
Only buy One Way.

But also when you go up to the Shuttle boothling.....BEFORE you buy a One way ticket....ASK when their next shuttle to YOUR hotel is???

Sometimes their shuttle is just starting to fill, and you may have a Long wait.
I've sat on the shuttle 20-30 mins just waiting for more patrons.

IF boothling tells you its going to be awhile..........Walk to the NEXT shuttle booth, and Ask them.
Buy your ticket when you get a shuttle thats leaving Soon.

This is yet another reason why we use the bus. We did the shuttles a few times, usually the wait in the shuttle wasn't too bad (10 or 15 minutes in the a/c), but we go downtown and they usually don't have separate vans for the Strip and for downtown. One time it took 80 minutes to get downtown.

If you catch the SDX on the hour, it's 28 minutes to downtown.
