I'm wondering if BUDGET rental in Vegas has kiosk check-in like Alamo. I've never used them and would like to use the Costco discounts without a Costco card. Never had a problem with Alamo doing this and most LVAers haven't either.

Just wondering if Budget is going to be a hassle as they state on the Costco link to "be prepared to show your Costco card" etc.
