Can I catch a buss to the rental car facility near Silverton on a Saturday morning?

I'll be arriving fairly late on a Friday evening and I see on Silverton's website that they provide a courtesy shuttle from the airport that has a 9:30 pm pick-up time which should fit nicely into my schedule. If I can catch a city bus near Silverton Saturday morning that will drop me near, or at the rental car facility I can save a little money by having a car rental for a weekly rate instead of a week plus an additional day.
