Cosmo coupon on United?

In the LVA they have mentioned a packet given on United which includes a twofer for Cosmo buffet. I am really hoping to get that when we fly on March 5. Is it consistent?

They do give them out on their flights to Vegas. Also included is $25 in free play an buy 2 nights, get the 3rd free coupon.

My wife and I got these coupons in September last year.

We fly United, out of Wisconsin, two or three times a year. We have never been offered these coupons.

We received the coupons on our flight from Houston Super Bowl weekend. Used the 2 for 1 for the brunch which was very good. $25 free play was nice, the others had not been to Cosmo before and coupled it with the $100 rebate offer as well and all left winners.
