There's really no definitive answer to that. It depends on the time of day, the day of the week and what is going on in town. Time wise, the best option is leaving the front of Paris, right on LV Blvd, Left on Flamingo and then I-15 to 95S to Casino Center Drive. However, in mid-afternoon (around 3 pm) there is a guaranteed accident around Sahara and Charleston on I-15. You can leave Paris through the back, left on Harmon, Left on Paradise to LV Blvd past the Strat, and then either Main St or LV Blvd downtown - however if there is a big convention going on at the LVCC, you may hit traffic by the Convention Center. Another option is back of Paris, Left on Harmon, left on Koval, left on Sands and then LV Blvd downtown. Keep in mind that you are paying for time as well as mileage in a cab, so it's frustrating watching that meter go up while idling at a light or in traffic. Hopefully you will have an honest, experienced cab driver who will know all these things and take the best option at that time.
