Sorry you had a bad experience with PayLess - I've never had any problems with them. I always have a copy of my rental agreement and hold them to that price. They don't even bother trying to up-sell me any more. But I do like Dollar more these days because with Express membership I can just head straight to the garage and grab my car instead of standing in line. Safe travels and good luck!
