Has anyone used this in LV?

I just noticed this option on their website. It says Express members do no qualify. But on our last 2 trips, we thought the Express was pretty worthless. Not only was our name not on the board, but the line was so long that we went back upstairs and got faster service.

If "Rapid Rental Check-in" is quicker, I'll re-book with no Express #.

Hmmm. So what is the difference between this and what Dollar express was designed to do? Other than checkin in upstairs instead of in the garage it seems like a DIFFERENT VERSION OF dOLLAR EXPRESS.. (apologies for the caps)

Name was on the board last trip (July) and it was an upgraded car. Very quick and efficient. No problem here.

Do you still get Dollar express credits? ( 2yrs ago I got a free rental after my 5 trip to vegas from Dollar)
