I've been a tier customer at hertz for a minute. But my last two LV rentals went thru thrifty. I guess the big guys are keeping rates for final four weekend high, since demand rushes in with bracket-winners. Here's a clue. Hotwire is up and down, but usually lower than websites. But 'compare to carrental' banner on hotwire gets you rates down to 12 USD. I took the carrental.com redirect off hotwire to get this rate; note, plz, it's lower than quoted when putting carrental.com in browser. I' d be surprised if this was a m
