Firefly car rental

When checking for a rental car in Vegas, I get the best rate from a vendor named Firefly. Has anyone here used this car rental agency and do you have any comments about them? Thanks .

I used them at the end of October because they were much cheaper than anyone else. They share the Dollar area. No kiosks so I had to wait for a clerk. 2 clerks on duty at 3 p.m. but 3 customers so I waited while they did the standard upselling. I think the clerk ran outside to get the car for the lady in front of me. My car had 48000 miles on it. On the return, I was told to go inside to checkout rather than the lot guying printing out a receipt with a handheld like most places. I waited for the 1 clerk on duty to finish with the customer in front of me and when it was my turn, she said I should have interrupted her and she would have helped me out.

SteveH---Do they have a cancellation policy or penalty policy...if no charge this would be a good back-up plan for the Total Rewards rental.......

A reservation doesn't require a credit card so there isn't a penalty. I have a week in April for $176 total with Firefly and $98 with the Dollar through the company in the Total Rewards offer.

Was able to book March 11---March 18 for $150.76 full-size for the week total....Started out at $89.00 and taxes and fess totaled out $150.76...Still have TR for $108.24 for the both weeks. Tried to book May 13---May 20 it started out $152.00 without any taxes and fees. Will keep checking on May and watch for a drop........ Thanks again......
