FIREFLY CAR RENTAL HAS ANYONE USED THEM?

Was considering using Fire Fly which happens to be $100 cheaper on my upcoming trip in 2 weeks, but after reading all the bad reviews on Yelp, trip advisor and others am wondering if it is better to forget them. Has anyone rented from them in Vegas before?
I hadn't heard of them until my Dollar rental last month. The Firefly car return was in the same place as Dollar's so I assume there is some kind of relationship, which is probably good from a credibility standpoint.
I'm trying them for the first time, April 9 thru 16. I'll let you know how it turns out.
We just came back from Vegas on 3/31. As we were leaving the rental car facility my wife noticed the Fire Fly counter. Fire Fly took over 1/2 of the old Advantage counter. My wife said "what in the h--l is that?" I said "Never heard of them." We did notice about 5 or 6 people in line to get a car. That is unacceptable to me unless I were to save a LOT of money.

Well after calling Firefly 3 days in a row, to ask a question, they always say our computers are down, read one review where the people missed their plane. as you have to check the cars paperwork inside and get stuck standing in line. I cancelled my reservation. Wonder how long they will stay in business??
Try the total rewards website that was talked about in other threads. Not as cheap as it once was but still way cheaper than renting through the discounters or direct. Got Wed-Wed over Memorial day for $170 total.
