I'm seeing that there is an entry in the LVA's "Today's News" section on this website from October 21, 2011 which states that through October 31st, the RTC is giving Free rides on the two new routes that deal with the Express buses to Boulder Highway and the one that runs between Henderson and Downtown LV.
