If I were driving I'd take this route: North on Valley View, right onto Twain, left onto Industrial. Then right onto Wyoming, two blocks turn left onto Main. Turn right onto Ogden; the Elco will be on 6th and Ogden. You could also take Flamingo east and get on the Interstate heading north. This might be quicker depending on the time of day & traffic conditions; but probably a more expensive route. Most of the time, traffic on Industrial and Main St is pretty light, but you do have some traffic lights (not a lot) to contend with.

I want fvenis to know that it's not far at all on Valley View until you get to Twain -- so be aware of that. Otherwise, I think that Biglar73's directions are good but there is also another way you could take to get to Industrial. When I've been back and forth between Downtown and Rio, I would always take similar directions to what Biglar gave (except to take Hotel Del Rio Way instead).

And so saying this, you could also turn Right on Valley View to the immediate signal at Flamingo and turn Left onto it going Eastbound to Hotel Del Rio Way (which is right across the street from the entrance to Rio -- this is all a very short distance as well), turn Right onto it and take it around the circle (it goes in a circular route) down to Industrial (which is a very short distance as well) and turn Left onto Industrial taking it to Wyoming (as Biglar said) and then follow the rest of his directions.
