I had booked a flight with my wife to Vegas from Tulsa on May 31st through Jun 5(Non-Stop). Back in March they changed 10 flights out of Tulsa to just 2 flights with change of time and two stops to get there. On the Southwest website there is comment section. I replied to them that with the DOT guidelines set in March that I would like a refund or my reward points good for 2 years instead of 1. A lady by the name of Nancy Bradshaw replied and told me to call their customer sevice line and 45 minutes later I talked to a lady who completed the refund and said it would be back on my card in 21 days. I was impressed. We travel to Vegas once a year in early summer, so depending on the virus vaccine it may be two years before we are back. We are Boomers and not much party people any more. Hope everyone has the same successful result. We will fly Southwest again.. Hang in there Vegas!
