Group of 5 going downtown

Looking for some advice- I am going back to Vegas in July with a group of friends. It has become an annual trip and is a lot of fun. Of course we all get in at different times on a Thursday. But a group of 5 will be getting in at 7:00pm so they will go downtown to the Tez together. 5 is too big for a cab. I could suggest they take a shuttle but that takes forever. What about a walk up limo. Any ideas on cost and if it can hold 5. What is the rate for taxi to downtown? Other thoughts.

Two cabs, 2 people in one, 3 in another.

There are cabs that do hold five people. They are the minivan type of vehicles.

Depending upon the amount of luggage the 5 have.

That's what I'd do too. 5 people at $12 each would pay for the 2 cabs.

Another thought, depending on when in July you go. They might have Uber available near the end of July.

Walk up Limo at the airport to Downtown is $69 which is $60 for the ride, $6 Airport Fee and $3 fuel surcharge. That is $69 for the hour. Being it's a walk-up limo, the time does not start until you enter the vehicle (as opposed to a reserved limo where the time starts when the plane lands) so if there are other things you want to do on your way downtown (stop at the Las Vegas Sign or go to a convenience store) you do have the whole hour if you want to use it. A stretch Limo holds up to 6 people.
