HOTWIRE First time

Has anyone ever rented from SIXT?????? I just rented a car from Hotwire. I have used them in the past and several times and have always been satisfied. I got on the site and something was a little different than in the past. Dollar---Thrifty---Enterprise--Hertz were listed and also a company by the name of SIXT. I called and was told they had picked them up a ways back. I questioned the lady as to where they were located she said she did not know but the shuttle take us there. She insisted on booking this online even though I had the site pulled up on the computer. She sent a conformation and I called (3 more calls and then they hooked me to SIXT direct) nobody knew where and how this worked. Well the girl at SIXT said you take the regular shuttle to the rental center and then proceed to taxi stand #4. I said OK then I ask what happens then. She said they will drive you across the street and that is where the lot is located. This means luggage to the shuttle---then drag luggage to taxi stand #4 and then load luggage into then load luggage into rental car. Hopefully there will not be long lines as far as I could find out they have no member card program.
They seem to have very mixed reviews with a low average rating:

Thanks I did take time and read the reviews they are about 50/50 and a rude clerk would piss me off period. I will eliminate Hotwire in the future for rentals. They were poorly prepared to answer my questions and really nobody was knowledgeable about the location, or how it operates. Hotwire needs a crash course in customer relations they were polite but knew nothing about the product they were selling SIXT.
I found the car rental site Zalyn on an archived QOD here on the LVA site. I booked a car from Thrifty for December 21-26, (at least a compact) for $176 total. The cheapest I had found before that was $299, though I did find a coup from Alamo that would have made it $259. I didn't book from Hotwire (which was where Zalyn showed the lowest prices) but went on over to Thrifty and booked with them at their site for the same price. I am going to keep checking to see if I can get any lower.

As I said I have used Hotwire several times and have always had either Thrifty, hertz, or Dollar and the price I felt was ok $178.38 for a mid-size SUV. The biggest thing I got is the shuttle or van across the street. I know there is not a good place to cross there and the shuttle is needed. Just lugging the luggage and the extra wait time because no card offered. Today you almost have to book and keep checking if you use a rental car company other than Hotwire...It I get a full size or SUV for the $170---$180 range I satisfied the way prices are today....
I used sixt last june through hotwire. they are right across street from main car rental facility, you can walk it or they send a shuttle. there were no hassles and it was quick.
