Green Valley did 10 or more years ago. Shuttled to the Airport and to Mandalay Bay on the Strip. They were in the process of discontinuing the Strip shuttle while we were there. I'd heard it was reinstated but don't really know. Was still doing the airport, but again I don't know.

I believe Silverton, Silver Sevens, and El Cortez have airport shuttles.

Several of the non-casino hotels have them also.
Tahiti Village and two of its other sister properties has a shuttle quite frequently. So does Wyndham.
A search of the LVA website indicates that the South Point, Orleans and Gold Coast operate shuttles to and from the airport and the strip, but this is no longer correct. The South Point shuttle only goes to and from the airport, and Orleans and Gold Coast currently do NOT have any sort of shuttle.
