Insane/Deplorable

No casino I frequent charges parking. Those that do are still a minority in the Valley.
My friends who come out almost on a weekly basis all say how cheap rentals are. Everything is relative. Car rentals in NYC run 60-70 a day plus fees
Prices and taxes have increased in recent years, but Vegas is still a cheap place to vacation.

"income tax-free" states have to raise money some how. If they keep fleecing the tourists that drive their economy though, they may kill the goose and have to start raising taxes.

I see they took out the parking meters at the car rental facility.  Now you need to buy a pass?  I was dropping off some people that wanted to get a rental to drive to CA.  A guard come over and yelled at me.  WTH?

Vegas still cheap to vacation in, car rentals cheap,????? HUH???...resort fees, now parking fees. Constantly dreaming up new ways to kill off the tourist.

I was a regular in Vegas.  Their corporate greed has kept me away for years now.  First the "resort fees" on comped room, and I think the final nail was the parking fees.  I always rented a car and now I have no desire the pay all these "extras".  But people seem to go there no matter what!
