Is Dollar Charging for LDW When Customers Don't Want It?

This New York Times article suggests that may be what Dollar's doing nationwide to pad its profits.

Thanks, Chilcoot. This is a great heads-up. I just put in my last night, am retiring, and heading for Vegas. Will be signing a contract with Dollar on Tuesday, and I will now read it very, very carefully.
