Is Harmon traffic affected by the F1 construction?

Planning on going to Planet Hollywood next week, and was wondering how the traffic is on Harmon, especially where it intersects with Koval.  Would it be better to go to Tropicana from Paradise and then take Audit to Harmon to get to the parking garage?  Thanks in advance.

The Formula 1 construction has screwed up everything on and in the vicinity of the Strip, so "sneaking up" on any off-Strip property rather than taking the ostensibly shorter and direct route is the play.

Here's the hot tip for the rest of the year: to get from one side of the Strip to the other, go to Desert Inn Blvd and use the "D.I. flyover." Again, rather than using any more direct route.

Makes sense.  Desert Inn to Sammy Davis and then to Frank Sinatra if I was going to any of the strip properties on the west side of the strip.  I'm on the same side of the strip (east) as PH, over by the Westgate, which is why I asked about using Paradise to Tropicana, and then Audit, instead of just coming up the backside of Harmon, since it will intersect Koval, and that is part of course by the braddock.  Guess I'll find out.

Traffic on Flamingo going west wasn't bad on Friday morning, as we were leaving town.  Now, going west on Harmon, from Paradise Monday morning around 9:30am, trying to get to the PH parking garage, was a shit show and took almost 30 minutes.  And when we failed to go straight on Audrie when we left the parking garage, it took almost an hour to get back to the Westgate.  The next day when we wanted to get to the MGM for the KA show, we just took the Monorail.  Way easier.
