As of January 20, both Bell Limo and Presidential have instituted a $10 additional fee to reservations from the airport. This is a "Meet and Greet" fee. (Don't ask me what it's actually for, because I have no idea and I work for Bell) This is in addition to the $6 airport fee. It only applies to reservations made off the airport and does not pertain if you have an existing account or set up an account through. You can also avoid this fee by downloading the APP "BelliRide" and creating a profile account.
But here is what I would suggest. Don't reserve and when you get to the airport go out to the curb. There you will find Bell, Presidential, ODS, LVL and AWG Limo companies. There are usually cars right there. If you book in advance, your hour starts when the plane arrives so you are wasting at least 30 minutes of your time getting your luggage before you get in the vehicle which will only leave you time to get to your hotel. By getting a "Kelly" (a pick-up off the curb at the airport) your time doesn't start until you get in the vehicle, so you will have ample time to go to the Las Vegas Sign before going to your hotel. And, the additional $10 fee does not apply to Airport Kelly moves. Your price for a Stretch Limo (up to 6 passengers) will be $70.04 which is $60 for the Limo, a $6 McCarran Airport Fee, a $2 Fuel surcharge and a $2.04 State Excise Tax.
If you would like to use Presidential as UMPIRE48 suggests, at Terminal 1, go out door number 9 and you will see the Bell/Presidential limos. The starter will try to put you in the first car on the curb which may be a Bell Car, but tell them that you would prefer the Presidentlal vehicle. At Terminal 3 you will find them out of door 53.
As an alternative, you can book in advance, but if you do, ask if you can have your pickup 30 minutes after the flight arrival to give you enough time for your agenda.
Enjoy your trip.
