A stretch Limo for 6 people off the airport is $69 (one way). That includes a $60 Limo Fare, $6 Airport Fee and $3 Fuel Surcharge. If you just get one off the curb, it will give you more time as your hour doesn't start until you get into the vehicle, so you have the full hour if you want to use it to tour the strip or go to a liquor/convenience store before arriving at your hotel. You probably can get a round trip discount by booking on line in advance, but then your hour will start when the plane lands. It usually takes a half hour to get off the plane and get your luggage, so you'll just have enough time to go directly to your hotel. A vehicle back to the airport is $63 since there is no Airport Fee. This one you can book in advance, since the time will not start until your pick-up time at the hotel, and most people don't use the full hour - going directly to the airport.
The Limo companies on the curb are Bell/Presidential, LVL, AWG Ambassador and ODS. If you take one of these and like the driver, you can tell him/her when you are returning and ask if they are available.
Although I am a Limo driver and work for a specific company, honestly, the company doesn't matter. It's the driver you get and if you "click". Every company has outstanding drivers who go out of their way to give the guest a wonderful experience, drivers who just do the minimum, and drivers who really shouldn't be driving.
Hope this helps.
P.S. If you want to stop for Liquor, ask the driver to take you to CVS on Paradise which has everything you could possibly want for your stay at CVS prices. The Liquor stores around the airport are high priced because they give kickbacks to the drivers as an incentive to bring guests there and obviously, that is built into the price of the liquor.
