Not if you reserve in advance, as your hour starts when the flight arrives. However, you can reserve and ask for pick up 30 minutes after arrival, or you can just go out the doors that say ground transportation/shuttles where there are 4 different companies that have limos available where your hour will start when you get in the limo. This will give you plenty of time to go to the sign, the liquor store and Trump. The price from the airport should be around $65 ($55 fare + $5 airport fee + $5 fuel surcharge).
