Is the WAX back running from McCarran to Downtown?

My understanding--and I'd love to be corrected--is that the WAX has been eliminated completely.  But, you can ride the CX.  Picks up at the same locations both at the airport and DT, but takes a different route to get there. It's also an express route and a residential route.
