New creative SWA money grab

Southwest today announced another fee, to those who don't show up for their flights. Not yet clear how much it'll be.

Once again Southwest displays great managerial decision making. Those who don't have the decency to cancel their flight should pay a fee for the loss of income Southwest incurs. Show up or pony up.

They are also raising the Early Bird fee to $12.50, AND, offering earlier boarding for another fee at the gate. See original post...I guess it is official now.

Will people revert to the old ways, lining up at the gate hours before the flight to pay to board first?
