Non highway route to Aliante

Hi Guys.
I try to avoid driving on highways whenever possible.Any recomendations on an easy route to Aliante from the car rental facility using surface streets.

I've never been to the car rental facility, but what you need to do is get to Tropicana where the Thomas & Mack Center is (Swenson or Paradise?). Ask the car rental people for directions, I guess. From there, I can answer your question, lol.

Take Paradise (I think that's what it is) to Sahara and turn left. Sahara to Rancho Dr. (just west of the I15 interchange). Turn right and take Rancho all the way north to Decatur. Then north on Decatur to Elkhorn (you'll pass the 215 a few blocks before Elkhorn). Turn right on Elkhorn (by the DMV office) and take it a few blocks east to Aliante Pkwy. The casino is right there.

Thanks Sue That sounds like a good route for me.I know the back roads off strip pretty well but ive never ventured that far north.The farthest north Ive been is Arizona Charlies Decatur.I was gonna see if I could do this trip without a car but I think I would miss having it.I really like driving around Vegas.
