Southwest has a promo for 50% off a flight on certain days only in Jan-Feb. Most cities are included for LAS (see exceptions below). Book only on Dec 16 (Friday).
I got DAL-LAS for $50 each way. At first it didn't work, but I took out the ticketless travel funds, paid for the whole thing, and then it went through.
