I wonder why Payless is so much out of line price wise. Today I got a quote for two weeks 10/27 thru 11/10 for a midsize $945.98 and same size car at Thrifty is $381.75 that is a $564.23 difference. It is a puzzle!!!
I never see any obvious rhyme nor reason for rental car prices. Payless usually has some of the lowest prices, but Dollar was half as much for the same car for a week at the end of October. I usually keep checking until the day before my trip, since there are such wild swings in price. good luck!
