I just found a good car rental with Priceline ($7.00 + taxes & fees per day) for my PROPOSED Oct 25- Nov 8 Vegas trip. My question is -- Does Priceline charge your credit card immediately or is the card charged upon car pick-up. I may need to cancel the trip and I need to know if I can cancel with Priceline WITHOUT ANY CHARGES.
