Quickest route from MSS to Ballys at 8 a.m.?

I've decided to stay at MSS the night before March Madness begins at Ballys/Planet Ho. At 8 am Thursday morning I can check into Ballys and get my Hoops on the Mezz party tickets and be seated at Planet Hollywood with an old college buddy (who is flying in from Dallas weds night too, 200 mins after I land ). I can only imagine that the rush hour traffic is at its peak at 8 am, but I could be wrong. Looking for the quickest route from MSS to Ballys. Im sure that there are some alternate routes that are tried and true!

15 North to Flamingo would be quickest if there is no traffic. Avoid main Street at all costs, as there is construction there and it's a disaster. At 8:00 AM you should be safe just taking LV Blvd all the way from downtown to Flamingo. It's pretty empty at that time of morning.

I-15 north from MSS?

If taking The 15, the North direction is the wrong direction to take from MSS to get to Bally's You need to take the 15 South to go towards Bally's from Downtown LV.

One way that a person could get to the I-15 South from MSS would be to get over to LV Blvd. (from Ogden or Stewart) then take the 93/95 West to the I-15 (which is a very short ride) and then take that South to Flamingo.

But a Thursday morning could very well be bad on the 15.

Champ, if Larry is saying to avoid Main Street due to construction but also that LV Blvd. at about 8AM may actually be okay, to get to it (LV Blvd.) from MSS, what you could do is if you can get to it, take Ogden East to LV Blvd., then turn Right on it.
