Frank - thanks for this posting. I just rented a 16 day rental from Fox using the SAVNLA23 code for $404.56, all in @ $25.28/day.

A Ford Ecosport or similar, I won't know the mileage until I get there and choose from several of these cars. I always get the lowest mileage car. These are 2 or 4 door vehicle, 5 passenger cars. You can go to the Fox website and load your info and use code SAVNLA23 and check out the models/pricing.
Thank-you. Saved $75 using the SAVNLA23 code for our Oct rental. Had not tried that code because it said "LA area rentals". Close enough I guess! We've used Fox probably the last eight trips or so. No problems. Ace and Easyrent do interest me though since they are right there also.

I am glad you were able to save some money - I advise checking back, Fox lowers rates the closer you are to needing a car.
Ohhh this is very helpful ,I'll keep this in mind. Thank you!
Im glad to hear that i found the information very helful
just landed a deal for a 7 day rental in oct with thrifty----$267 all in for what they call a wild card [compact or larger]-------decent price and beats taking a 2nd shuttle-----also will not need to stand in line as i have their blue chip program where you go directly to the car lot and pick up your assigned car or a pick of several----figure i save about 2 hrs on the pick-up and return---
Just dropped off Advantage. Paid $208 for four days. The Advantage office is about a hunded yards from the main rental center, so no real need for a second shuttle The Kia was quite good. Prices turned out to be back to reasonable after quite a long stretch of not so reasonable.
Traffic was okay. Some surprise ramps (like just as you cross Paradise going east on Flamingo), but traffic was okay. Nothing like the horror of the spring.
We were very happy with advantage in the past, For just a quick walk you skip all the waiting in line time and get a good car at a decent price. But Alliegent changed our flight times this year , so we have been limited in our choices because we pick up around midnight. So fox has become our go to rental on all 6 of our trips last year. All 6 trips for 1 week rentals were under 290 all in. And the short shuttle ride took less time than waiting in line for thrifty.
